QUIT, the charity that helps people stop smoking, is holding an information day in the East Atrium from 10am-7pm. Quit counsellors will be giving advice and offering free lung tests to anyone who is worried about the effects of smoking.
Director of Services, Ruth Bosworth said: ?This is an exciting opportunity for Canary Wharf smokers. We will be providing on-the-spot help and information about QUIT?s services.?

Free copies of the New Quit Guide To Stopping Smoking ? So You Want To Quit? will be available.
Young smokers and concerned parents can discover more about the youth programme Break Free and pick up free Quit Because? postcards and stickers.
Employers can get information on the Corporate Health services provided by QUIT.
